Sharing Feast
Antipasti boards of cured meats, Scottish cheeses, marinated vegetables and warm focaccia · handmade pasta with a slow-cooked ragù · roast meats with seasonal vegetables · dolci to finish.
Plated Dinner
Burrata with heritage tomatoes or cured Scottish salmon · a pasta or risotto course · fillet of beef, market fish or a vegetarian main · panna cotta, tiramisù or chocolate torta.
Canapés & Evening Food
Arancini, bruschetta and prosciutto-wrapped figs to start · wood-fired pizza, grazing tables and warm pasta later in the night.
